Built in 1999, our Annapolis facility boasts approximately 12,500 square feet of space designed with minimal impact to our natural environment and to ensure that our clients and patients receive superior service.

Our state-of-the-art facility and equipment allow our doctors to perform delicate, complex procedures that could normally be performed only at university hospitals.  The facility includes ten (10) examination rooms, a comfortable waiting room, a large main treatment room, four advanced operating suites, and several specialty treatment suites.

We are equipped to offer treatment using the latest innovations in veterinary medicine.  We offer digital radiography (x-ray) and ultrasonography (ultrasound) services, a dedicated ICU ward for patients in critical condition, and an in-house laboratory, which allows us to conduct many tests right in our facility while you wait.  Our large, fenced walking area ensures your pet's safety during his or her stay, while our front garden provides a space for clients to relax.

For disorders that require the expertise of board-certified veterinary specialists, we are able to refer your pet to in-house specialists for the following specialty disciplines: surgery, internal medicine (including chemotherapy), ophthalmology, cardiology, dermatology, and dentistry.  Our emergency doctors may also refer you to local neurologists or to the IAMS Pet Imaging Center in Northern Virginia, the region's veterinary MRI facility.

The in-house specialists are fully equipped in their dedicated spaces with their disciplines' latest techniques and medical equipment.
